8. Yogurt And Chia Covered Frozen Grapes
Frozen grapes alone are a delicious treat, but I’ve never thought about putting some yogurt and even chia seeds on them before freezing them! What a genius idea. It’s a great way to add some extra protein and fiber in a tasty way. These would also make a great treat for others when they come over because they would look so beautiful displayed on a tray.

9. Chocolate Drizzled Frozen Fruit Skewers
We’ve already established that frozen grapes make a tasty, healthy treat, but other frozen fruit is also really delicious. For a guilt free treat, throw your favorite fruit on a skewer, drizzle some chocolate over them, then put them in the freezer. This will literally taste like candy and it’s incredibly healthy. The perfect healthy indulgence.
