Children tasting lemons and limes for the very first time can be some of the funniest videos that circle the internet. The puckered lips and wide eyes make us all laugh, but have you ever seen a dog try a lime for the first time? This adorable boxer puppy found a lime in the sand and was curious since it smelled like food. Boy, was he in for a surprise when his lips and tongue first hit the lime. The best part is that since the dog wants to eat the human food it keeps going back for more, only to find the same sour taste. His reaction each time is adorable and certainly makes us laugh.
How cute was his reaction to this sour lime? For the record, the owners acknowledged that they took the dog to the vet soon after this video was filmed to see if the amount of citrus he got from the lime was life threatening as citrus can be toxic to dogs. The vet cleared him and said the amount he got from licking the lime was not enough to harm him. Good to know this adorable dog is safe and keeping his owners entertained!
