3. Dig For Sand Crabs

If the beach you’ll be spending your time on has sand crabs, help your kids dig for them. They are harmless little creatures and are lots of fun to find. Watch the sand where the water laps up and when you see air bubbles in the sand, start digging! There’s a good chance you’ll find one, or a few, and your kids will love seeing them. You’ve got to be quick though, because they are fast little creatures.
