5. Cobb Macaroni Salad
One of the few things I always think about when I think of hard boiled eggs are cobb salad, and that’s because I really don’t like it. There’s just too many things going on and I don’t love the texture. But I DO love anything with macaroni and that’s why this recipe made the list. It’s a much heartier version of a normal cobb salad with a tasty bite. Make sure you have macaroni, hard boiled eggs, avocado, grape tomatoes, chives, blue cheese, bacon, mayo and some salt. This is a great side dish or main meal!
