
4. No Force Feeding
Your kids aren’t babies anymore and you can clearly tell when they aren’t interested in eating. As tempting as it is to shove a little food in, you run the risk of them not eating ANYTHING. Meal time should not be traumatizing. If they don’t want to eat, don’t give in and give them a snack later. Would you eat spinach when you could get a bowl of cereal later? Not me! Let them experience a little hunger as a result of not eating so they spend next meal time eating instead of avoiding.
