4. Take Their Older Kids

Even if your friend isn’t a first time mom, adding a new baby to a family is a little like starting over. Help them out by volunteering to take their older kids for an outing to the park or to your house to play with your kids. If you’re close enough, take them overnight so mama can get a little extra time with the new baby and the older kids get some special time too.
