Once you have kids, you are united with millions of women everywhere. While you may have nothing else in common, you have kids and that’s enough. There’s usually a certain amount of understanding, compassion and empathy when we see a fellow mother in distress, and that’s because we’ve all been there one time or another. While we may have a common thread on the inside, there is still plenty of differences that make us stand out from each other. One of the best places to see the melting pot of mothers is a place most of us end up when we have young children: the park. The playground is prime viewing space to get a taste of all the unique mama styles out there, and to get a good laugh too. Let’s be honest, we will all get along better if we appreciate our differences and learn to laugh at ourselves! Take a look at our list of some common mom styles and share a few chuckles. 1. Stay-At-Home Mom
Even though many mothers return to the workforce after having kids, there are still tons of mothers who become stay at home moms. These lovely ladies are usually spotted at the park as soon as the sun comes up, because they need to get out of the house as soon as possible. SAHM’s still wear makeup and real pants like jeans, of course, but they won’t waste them on a trip to the park. You will spy a SAHM wearing trademark yoga pants, a mom bun and man-handling a bag of goldfish crackers.
