Potato products are big in my house: tots, fries, mashed, baked- you name it. Potatoes are often given a bad rap because of how often they are fried, but they actually a great source of nutrition. The are low in calories and sodium, and can help reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease and obesity. So don’t fear the potato!
