4. Don’t stress about everything imaginable
Stressing during pregnancy does not do your body any good at all whatsoever, and even worse, it’s not good for your unborn baby. Try to keep cool and enjoy the ride… even if reading this makes you want to punch your computer screen. If your having trouble relaxing, try watching some mindless television to ease your brain and take you to another place.
