5. Don’t eat everything in sight
Sometimes when you’re pregnant, you can use it as an excuse to let go of any diet you ever had. While dieting at all whatsoever is NOT recommended during pregnancy, it’s important to stick to the guidelines recommended by your physician. If you don’t, you could be truly miserable afterwards (bloating, acid reflux, and some really bad other things we won’t mention that happen down south). Eating bad for you is a quick fix, but if you do it too often it could present a serious problem. Remember that you are what you eat, and so is your baby.
