7. Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad

This is one of my very favorite salads of all time. I’ve made this on multiple occasions and every time I do everyone asks me for the recipe and when they invite me over again they ask me to bring this. It’s the perfect combination of a fruit, sweet candied nuts, and greens. Even my husband likes this, which is saying something considering he doesn’t ever like salad with fruit in it.

Now THIS is a potato salad. I’ve never tasted it, but just by looking at it, I can tell that it blows all other potato salads out of the water. I mean look at all that bacon and cheese! I think I know what I’m making for dinner tonight!

9. Caprese Orzo Salad

One of my very favorite foods in this world is anything caprese. Caprese sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and now this caprese orzo salad. Okay, I’ve never actually tasted this salad, but I can already tell I’m going to love it. The mixture of basil, mozarella cheese, and tomatoes is just to die for. Add that to a little orzo pasta for a little more heartiness and you’ve got yourself the perfect little Italian salad.
