Oh how I love decorating for the holidays. I love decorating my home for anything, but for some reason it’s so much more fun decorating around the holidays. It makes your home feel festive, fun, and colorful. One of my favorite ways to decorate is with crafts that I make myself. With St. Patrick’s Day slowly approaching, us crafters have to start preparing! There’s nothing worse than not having enough time to finish all the crafts you want to do. So scroll through these 9 cute St. Patrick’s Day crafts and start planning which ones you’re going to make, or go crazy and make them all! That’s probably what I’ll end up doing, but don’t tell my husband.
1. Wood Shim Pallet Art
I think the best part about this craft is that it is so incredibly inexpensive! It’s made out of contractor shims which are like small, thin pieces of wood. The author shows you three different ones to make, and I have to say, they are all so incredibly cute. I don’t think I could choose just one to make. These will look so cute hanging up on the wall in your home this St. Patrick’s Day.

2. Shamrock Hoop Art
Perhaps my new favorite kind of art/craft project are those with embroidery hoops. Even if you don’t know how to embroider, this craft is incredibly easy to make. It’s just a simple over/under stitch around the shamrock. You can make this as large as you want, as small as you want, and you can even put more than one shamrock on there. It would be so cute with different sizes. The possibilities are endless!

3. St. Patrick’s Day Paint Chip Canvas
This paint chip canvas is so clever. At first glance, you don’t really understand the meaning, but upon further study you realize that it’s meant to be a large paint chip, and not just any paint chip, but one that is St. Patrick’s Day themed. All of the green shades are named fun different things after the holiday. It’s so clever and looks really simple too, which is always nice.
