
7. Dizziness
Many people that have gluten intolerance often complain of feeling dizzy or off balance, especially after eating food that contains gluten. If you often find yourself having dizzy spells, you might be sensitive to gluten. Try to pay attention to when you have the dizzy spells. If they’re soon after you eat something with gluten, it’s very possible that you are intolerant.

8. Itchy Skin
When you’re gluten intolerant or sensitive your intestines have a hard time processing the gluten. This can often manifest itself in itchy skin. Gluten sensitivity is often linked to skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Basically, your body is creating antibodies to fight the gluten, therefore causing your skin to be dry and itchy.

9. Brain Fog
Often times, gluten sensitivity will create a “brain fog” where you feel like it’s hard to concentrate and focus. You may feel like you can’t process things in your brain and that it’s hard for you to understand what’s happening around you.
