1. Recognize the Importance of Having a Routine
This is the probably the most important aspect of developing a routine, because you have to believe in the power of having one! If you don’t think you need one, then get ready to live in chaos for the next 18+ years. Having a routine doesn’t mean you’re a slave to the clock nor the routine itself.
