10. Be Committed
Just like getting your baby on a sleep schedule takes practice and perseverance, so does establishing your own routine. There’s nothing wrong with re-committing every day if you have to, so long as you keep at it. You don’t have to strive for perfection of a routine, sometimes just getting through the day is accomplishment enough. Routines need to be adjusted as our families grow and change, the important thing is taking time to establish new routines along the way.
