2. Establish Your To-Do’s
No one else will have the same routine as you, and that’s ok. Spend time dumping out all your responsibilities on paper, so you know what you need to fit into your daily routine. Weekends will look different then your week day routine, especially if you are a working mom. Be sure to include tasks that address getting ready for work, getting the kids to school, finding time to exercise, planning and cooking meals and errands.
