I love finding out that there are multiple uses for a product I already have in my house. It makes our lives as moms much easier to be able to use one product for multiple uses instead of buying multiple different products. I just learned there are some great uses for epsom salt. We have always had epsom salt laying around the house, but I never knew it could be used in so many ways. I can’t wait to use it more often now!
1. Relieve Your Achy Muscles
Whether your muscles are aching from a really strenuous workout or you have constant back pain, try throwing in a cup or 2 of epsom salts into a warm bath. Soak in the bath for about 20 minutes, or longer, depending on how much pain you’re in. Epsom salts work wonders on sore muscles which will really give you some relief after your bath.
