A lot of mothers love returning to work after their have children, but there are also many who feel guilty for leaving their children. While they wish they could switch to being a stay at home mom, their finances warrant them a place in the workforce. Motherhood seems to come with all sorts of guilt, much of which is self-inflicted. A recent study by the Harvard Business school has shown that your children, and specifically your daughters, will actually be more successful in their OWN workplace when they get older, thanks to you sticking it out in your job. Holding a job definitely brings about more benefits than a paycheck! I’d even go far as to say that the most valuable part is being a role model for our kids, because obviously they go on to be more successful! I especially love how the clip talked about sons of working moms, and how they tend to contribute more to household chores. So working mamas, let go of the guilt!
