The moment you have been waiting for all day is finally here. You’ve crawled into bed, pulled the covers up, laid your head down on your pillow, closed your eyes, and…you can’t fall asleep. No matter how many times you reposition your body or move your pillow around to get comfortable, you just can’t seem to fall asleep. This happens to me all too often, even though I know I’m exhausted and “should” be able to sleep. If you’ve tried counting sheep, writing things down before going to bed, reading a book in bed, and you still can’t fall asleep, maybe you should try this method.
