It’s no secret that yoga pants, a sports bra, and a baggy running shirt are some of the most comfortable clothes we own. Sometimes, when you put these clothes on you never want to take them off. In fact, you end up wearing them even when you’re not working out. You see women wearing active wear like this all over now a days from the grocery store, to the salon, to your kid’s school. I’m sure you’ve been guilty of wearing your active wear to those same places a few times even if you didn’t just work out or aren’t planning on working out, but no one has to now that, right? It’s kind of ridiculous how many women do this and how often they do. I’m sure we’re all guilty of doing this, but hey, we’re comfortable! The Van Vuuren Bros channel on YouTube put together a hilarious video that pokes fun at all the women wearing active wear doing the most simple every day tasks. Get ready to laugh because this is so true that it’s down right funny.
I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw this because it really is kind of ridiculous how many times I see women out and about wearing active wear. I’ll be honest, though, I am totally guilty of doing this as well. Sometimes, I just would rather be comfortable than look stylish. Now, every time you put on your active wear you’ll want to break out in song and dance like the funny women in this video, and I’ll be right there dancing and singing with you.
