Homelessness is something that plagues every city in our world. According to the National Alliance to End Homelessness, on any given night in the United States, 578,424 people experience homelessness. This is an alarming and unfortunate number. Thankfully, there are some wonderful people in this world that are willing to help those in need. Rosa’s Pizza in Philadelphia is a pizza restaurant that allows people the opportunity to help the homeless in a unique way. They have given hope to many homeless people in the city and have truly done some good in the world. Be prepared to be inspired as you see for yourself the good they are doing in a small, but profound way.
Seeing this video has inspired me donate more of my time and money to help those in need. There are so many people hurting and suffering all around us on any given day. Hopefully we can learn from the generosity of Rosa’s Pizza and those in Philadelphia who are buying pizza for the homeless and do what we can to help others as well.
