7. Baby Carrier
If you don’t want to deal with the big, heavy double strollers, you could opt for a baby carrier instead. This way you can carry your new little baby in the baby carrier, then put your older child in the stroller. This way, they’re both secure and happy and no one will be running away.

8. Crib/Bed
If your first child is still young enough to need a crib, you’re going to need another crib for your new baby. Or, if your other child is a little older, you could look into getting them a toddler bed so you can use the crib for your new baby. Either way, you’ll need some place for each of your children to sleep.

9. Feeding Supplies
Ever notice how baby spoons, forks, bowls, plates, and other items like they get nicked and dirty over time? You may not need to replace all your feeding supplies, but some of your items may be gross looking and not very safe for your child to use. Throw those pieces away and get yourself a few new ones.

10. Maternity Clothes
Chances are you probably already have maternity clothes that you can wear, but if you’re going to be going through different seasons than you did with your first baby, you might need warmer or cooler ones. You probably won’t need a lot, but a few staple items would be good to have.
