4. You Have Side Boobs
In case you didn’t already know, side boob is a very icky, ugly thing. No one ever wants side boob. You do not want the side of your boob that’s next to your arm coming out of the cups. This looks so unflattering and quite frankly just makes you look fat. If this is happening to you, your bra is too small. Make sure that the wire of the cup is resting on your rib cage, not on your actual breast. That’s when you know you have the right size.
5. Fabric Between Cups Is Not Lying Flat On Your Chest
You know that little strip of fabric between the cups right in the middle of your bra? Yeah, well that is actually supposed to lay flat against your sternum. It’s not supposed to be floating off your body. If it is, you definitely need a bigger bra.
6. The Strap Along Your Back Isn’t Parallel To The Ground
One of my biggest struggles in finding a proper bra fit, is making sure that the strap that runs horizontal along your back lies parallel to the ground. If it’s riding up, chances are your bra is too big. Go down a few sizes and that should help. You should also note that 90% of the support of your bra comes from the BAND, not the cup size. Getting the sizing correct on your band size is the most crucial when it comes to wearing the best bra.
