10 Struggles Only A Stay At Home Mom Understands

7. You Have The Cutest Bosses

We all know that as a stay at home mom our real boss is our children. They are the ones who demand food, play time, sleep and more. However, with that being said, I would rather have to answer to my cute little son rather than some big shot know it all boss in an office. We all know that there’s nothing cuter than our own children, so who wouldn’t want to have your children bossing you around all day?

8. You Have The Most Demanding Bosses

Just because your bosses are cute, doesn’t mean they can’t get a little bossy and demanding. Probably more so than a boss in an office. I can guarantee an office boss wouldn’t cry and scream because you didn’t get them lunch fast enough. It’s a good thing they are so cute, because it definitely makes those difficult, demanding children that much easier to be with every day.

9. You Won’t Get Paid, But You Don’t Need To Get Paid

You certainly won’t get a paycheck when you’re a stay at home mom, but it’s surprising how you are completely happy working so hard for free. Now, don’t get me wrong, we all have those really difficult days where all we want to do is get away from our children and wish we could be at work instead of at home with those crazy little monsters. However, the good times and the wonderful days far out weigh the bad ones and it’s so incredibly fulfilling to be a stay at home mom and to be there for your little one.

10. You Have The Best Benefits

As a stay at home mom you don’t get the traditional medical benefits, but you get far better benefits. In what other job do you get hugs and kisses all day long, get to play at the playground with your child, swim in a pool during the day, play in the rain puddles, have lunch dates with friends and their children and so much more? It’s incredibly fun to have these benefits and as moms we should all soak in these times as much as we can.
