I guess those vegetarians are on to something because if you haven’t noticed, meat is expensive! A quick and easy way to reduce your grocery bill is to reduce the amount of meat you buy. You don’t have to eliminate it all together, but just making 1 meat-free meal a week will save you. Once you get good at it, you can reduce it even more. There are plenty of tasty recipes out there that don’t involve meat. You family won’t even notice!
