5. Worrying
If you think that “mom” and “worry” go hand in hand, you’re not alone. It’s in our nature to want to plan and protect our children, and that means anticipating scenarios that may arise that can harm our kids. But if you live in a constant state of worry, you will reach burnout before you can say “anxiety attack.” Do the best you can to plan, but know that your kids need to grow from experiences where they are disappointed and hurt.
