2. Not Enough Sleep
I am constantly staying up too late to catch up on television or social media instead of going to bed- even though I’m TIRED. It’s ridiculous. Thanks to TiVo, the shows will be there tomorrow, or the next when I finally catch time to watch them. Sleep is way more important, and is a healthy habit of preventing burnout. With adequate sleep, you will have more energy to get things done and more patience to handle your kids while doing it.
