11. Never Putting Your Phone Down
Isn’t it sad how many of these burnout habits are linked to our phones? But in this day and age, it’s the truth. If you are more concerned about capturing your child’s funny face on film, just so that you can go and post about it on Instagram, it’s time to put the phone down. Remember the days before cell phones? We enjoyed each other face to face, no lens in between. Once you get away from your phone, you’ll realize the feelings of freedom are worth it!
