7. Sometimes Dinner Requires A Helmet
I love how my son hasn’t yet been exposed to the pressures of looking or dressing a certain way. He insisted on wearing his new bike helmet to dinner one night, and I happily complied. The only looks he got from people were those who thought he looked cool, and I was glad to see him smiling! If only I were brave enough to rock a helmet in public.
8. Children Can Sleep Anywhere
Don’t think for one second that the reason your child is fighting nap time is because they can’t get comfortable. My children have fallen asleep in the high chair, on my lap, in the car seat and on the floor. If your baby is truly tired, sleep will find a way. This isn’t a real estate deal where “location, location, location” is important. It’s more about the easiest way to get some shut eye.
9. Baths Are More Fun With Bubbles
Well, duh. I would say this is a no-brainer. But I usually keep the bubbles to a moderate amount. When daddy is in charge of bath time, however, it’s bubble mania! My little guy takes full advantage of his bath bubbles by dressing himself up with them to the point that he looks like Santa Claus!
