10. Take A Shower
Do your kids always put up a fight when it comes time to take a bath or shower? Put a spin on bathing and take everyone outside with the bottle of body wash and get washing! They will let nature do its work and you’ll save some water in the process! You can even take some bath paints or crayons and color all over their bodies first, then take them outside for a shower from Mother Nature!
11. Swim, Slip & Slide In The Rain
Swimming Pools, Slip & Slides and water tables work just as good in the rain as they do in the sun and you won’t have to turn on the hose at all! It will feel like a special treat to be out in their suits enjoying “summer” toys while the rain comes down.
12. Draw With Wet Chalk
Sidewalk Chalk is fun for everyone, but wet sidewalk chalk is even better! The colors are much more vibrant and it will be fun to try and do a drawing before the rain washes it away.
