5. Brush the Right Way
Listen up parents! There’s definitely a “right” way to brush, and it’s not bearing down on your teeth so hard that you toothbrush bristles end up bending outward! You should use slow, circular motions across the teeth and gums and use a soft bristled brush. You should also angle the brush so it’s not flat against the teeth. This goes for you too parents! Avoid receding gums and other tooth issues by taking your brushing down a level, and taking it easy.
Now, excuse me while I go brush my OWN teeth!
