5. Teach The Difference Between A Need And A Want
To a child, they “need” everything. As a parent, we need to define the difference between what they actually need and what they really want. There is nothing wrong with having wants, but they should be something that we save for. By ensuring our kids know the difference between a need and a want, we are helping them avoid impulse buying and budgeting nightmares!
