2. Set Water Goals
I never used to pay attention to how much water I drank until my husband once told me that he never saw me drink any water. I was surprised and starting realizing that I was in fact hardly drinking even 1 or 2 cups of water a day! I immediately wanted to change this, so I set a goal of how much water I wanted to drink a day. I heard once that you are supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day, so I figured out what that number was and stuck to it. I’m not sure that that is correct, but no matter if it is or not, just set a goal that works for you and go for it. It may seem like a lot at first, but if you split it up between morning, afternoon, and evening, it really isn’t that much spread out through the day.
