3. Do A Water Challenge Or Make A Bet
If you simply need motivation to drink more water, try betting someone that you can drink more water than them, or get a water challenge going with some people. At one of my previous jobs a few coworkers and I engaged in a water challenge. We each put in a few bucks and then as we drank water we tracked it to see who was drinking the most. We got bonuses for making your goal each day as well as drinking more than your goal. Whomever had the most points after a month won the money that was in the pot. You can set it up however you like, just make it motivates you.
