4. Double Up
Do you have a favorite meal that you could eat every night? Do yourself a favor and double the recipe. Eat one half on your designated night and then freeze the other half. If you don’t want to do the entire meal, just double certain items that are easily interchangeable, such as grilled chicken or other veggies. A simple defrost overnight and you have simplified dinner for the next time!
