We all have those days where we can barely drag ourselves out of bed, let alone take care of our kids, run them around to all their school and extra curricular activities, cook, clean, and go to work. On those days it’s tempting just to throw your hair up in a ponytail or bun and even though it’s easy to do that, it doesn’t always look that professional or beautiful. For those lazy, tiring, or stressful days, try doing one of these 8 easy hairstyles for busy women. They’ll look stunning without having to put in a lot of effort.

1. Flower Braid

This hairstyle is incredibly easy to do, but creates such a unique look. All you have to do is pull back one section of hair on either side of your head in the front, then tie it in a ponytail in the back. Then, braid the hair as far down as you can, tie it off, and pull out some of the hair to loosen the braid. Then wrap it around in circles a few times and bobby pin it in place to create this flower look. This shouldn’t take you longer than 5 minutes and looks beautiful.

2. Twisted Halo

I love how incredibly simple this hairstyle is. I can’t believe I’ve never though about doing it myself. Just take some hair from the front sections of your hair, twist it as you pull it back on your head, then bobby pin it. As you do the second twist, cross it over the first twist to create the look you want.

3. Twisted Bangs

It’s no secret that our bangs can sometimes be the most frustrating part about doing our hair. Sometimes we just need to get the hair off of our face and out of our eyes. A simple and easy solution is to take the front section of your hair and twist it towards the back of your head, then pin it in place and that’s all!

4. Pony Tail Curls

Curled hair always looks beautiful, but actually creating those curls can be really annoying and time consuming. For an easier way to achieve some curls, put your hair up in a ponytail, then divide it into two sections. Take each section and twist it, then run your curling iron over the twist a few times. Do the same thing on the other section of the ponytail, then let all your hair down, and you’ll have some curls. It’s as simple as that.

5. Full Ponytail

Ever wish you could just throw your hair up in a ponytail and that it would actually look beautiful? For some reason ponytails can just be really boring, but if you add a little volume to it, it creates more interest. All you have to do is divide the top and bottom of your ponytail in two, then place a hair clip between the two sections and let the top section fall down and cover it up. You’ll have instant volume.

6. No Slip Bun

Buns are really popular right now, but sometimes it’s hard keep them in place all day long. For an easy way to secure your bun while still getting the same look, try this hairstyle. Put your hair in two ponytails in the back of your head to begin with. Then twist each section and then wrap them around each other and secure with another hair tie or bobby pins.

7. Longer Ponytail

Again, a simple ponytail just looks so boring. If you want to have a longer ponytail that looks beautiful, put two ponytails in your hair. One at the crown of your head, then one near the bottom of your head. The top ponytail will cover up the bottom one and will create the illusion that you have a really long, fun ponytail.

8. Easy, 5 Minute Waves

Getting those effortless beach waves isn’t always so effortless. It can actually be really hard to do. However, now you can create them in 5 minutes and very easily. All you have to do is braid your hair, then run your flat iron over the braid a few times. The heat will curl the hair as it’s in the braid and will create those perfect beach waves in minutes.
