4. Drink Water!
Do you ever feel like no matter what you look up on the internet, one of the recommendations for what you’re looking for is always to drink more water? That’s because it’s so incredibly important for our body! Having plenty of water in our bodies will help flush out unwanted and harmful toxins that can cause blemishes and pimples. It will also help to hydrate your skin, making it look more young.
5. Don’t Touch Your Face
I’m sure people have probably been telling you this since you were a teenager, but it’s very important. Don’t touch your face, or at least try as hard as possible not to! Our hands are pretty dirty and will only carry yucky oils and germs to our face that will clog our pores and create pimples. If your skin is clear, you won’t need to wear as much makeup to cover up all the blemishes and pimples which will make it easier to not feel so self conscious without having any makeup on.
6. Wear Tinted Moisturizer
If you don’t want to go out of the house without any kind of makeup on your face, but you don’t have time to put on foundation and powder, throw on some tinted moisturizer. This will give a little color to your face without looking too “cakey” or done up. Plus, it only takes a few seconds to rub into your face, and since it’s pretty sheer you don’t have to worry too much about making sure it’s blended in everywhere.
