2. Soak Your Feet for Stress Relief
Soaking your tired (and most likely swollen) feet in a tub of hot sudsy water is perfect for relaxing after a long day of standing. Choose from a few drops of peppermint or lavender oil to soothe your aching feet, and don’t be afraid to add in some epsom salt, too! If it’s in the budget, opt for a pedicure for extra relaxation… especially if that baby bump makes it difficult to reach your toes.
