4. Try some prenatal yoga
Yoga is commonly known for relaxing the mind and stretching the body, and prenatal yoga is a wonderful tool for feeling good and relieving some stress while pregnant. Many gyms offer prenatal yoga classes for those mama-to-be’s looking to get out of the house, but there is also a wide selection of prenatal yoga DVDs available online for those looking to get their tree pose on in the privacy of their own home.
(Be sure to check first with your physician before beginning any new exercise routine, especially if you are a high-risk pregnancy case.)
