2. Macaroni & Cheese Muffins
I don’t think I’ve met a child (or an adult) who has turned down macaroni and cheese, in any form. While the boxed version of the American classic may not be the healthiest, you can make your own bite-size “muffins” using whole wheat pasta and real cheeses of your choice. Pasta and cheese is not evil, and is ok to eat in moderation! You can even throw in some veggies if you like, to add more texture and nutrition to your meal.
