4. Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Quesadilla
Yes I realize that so far we have cheese in a lot of our recipe selections, but that’s not always a bad thing! Cheese can cover up the “icky” taste of veggies, and is high in calcium. Toss out your normal version of a plain quesadilla and sneak in some protein, fruits and veggies! This receipt involving turkey and apple will be a nice change of pace and get your kids wanting more.
