Stir fry is a safe haven for moms, because of its versatility. You can cook basic to fancy ingredients and then let your kids assemble their bowls over rice with the ones they like. You also don’t need a fancy wok and can cook with basic oil, letting individuals season their bowls to their liking. As long as you don’t burn the food, it’s near impossible to mess up. Serve with some rice and you have a large number of food groups all in 1 bowl!
