9. Arroz con Pollo Balls
This is the most exotic of meals we have here, and yet it’s also just your basic chicken and rice rolled up as a ball. Your kids will hopefully be intrigued and surprised by the tasty filling. I won’t even try and explain the process, except that there is one and you can make a ton to freeze and reheat later. You can serve these with extra veggies so adults are full and call it a dinner.
