Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix together then put in a muffin tin and cook! The best part is that you can put these in the freezer for easy breakfast muffins that just need to be reheated in the microwave in the morning.

Who doesn’t love the taste of apple pie? It reminds us of some good old comfort food, but usually packed with lots of fat and sugar. However, this healthy version of a breakfast apple nut crumble is healthy! Breakfast not only just got yummier, but easier too! Bananas, oats, almond milk, cinnamon, apples, almond butter, nuts, and cranberries make this taste dish delicious without all the unhealthy ingredients like sugar and butter. Make it ahead of time the night before, then quickly pop it in the microwave in the morning and top with the your nuts, cranberries, apples, and almond butter. Breakfast may be my favorite meal of the day now.

This wrap is full of protein, energy, and sweet goodness that’s perfect for taking on the go. It’s like a healthy, sweet burrito!
