5. Ham and Cheese Quinoa Cups
Want ham, eggs, and cheese in the morning, but don’t have time to make anything like that? These make ahead muffins are the perfect solution! With lots of protein from the quinoa, eggs, ham, and cheese these little muffins will not only taste great, but fill you up as well. Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix together then put in a muffin tin and cook! The best part is that you can put these in the freezer for easy breakfast muffins that just need to be reheated in the microwave in the morning.
