8. Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches
Say goodbye to stopping at McDonalds to get quick and easy McMuffins in the morning. These freezer breakfast sandwiches are easier, tastier, and not to mention healthier! Make these yummy sandwiches ahead of time by cracking some eggs into a muffin tin then baking. Once cooked, place on top of your favorite morning whole wheat bread, a piece of cheese, and some ham or turkey. Throw them in a plastic bag and in the freezer for easy reheating in the morning. No defrosting necessary. Just pop them in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and you’ll have a hot, cheesy, breakfast sandwich ready to take with you.

9. Berry and Yogurt Parfait
This breakfast is simple and can probably be made with the ingredients you already have in your home. All it is is yogurt, mixed berries, granola, and maple syrup! Easy, scrumptious and totally filling. Plus, it will only take you a about a minute to put the berries, granola, and syrup on top of the yogurt before you head out the door. Easy enough for me!

10. Banana Peanut Butter Refrigerator Oatmeal
Making your breakfast ahead of time is very convenient and definitely helps us busy moms in the morning. Make this simple no cook refrigerator oatmeal at night by simply combining all the ingredients, stirring it, then putting it in the fridge so the oats soak up the moisture and soften overnight. You can even put it in individual cups for easy grab and go right from the fridge. The best part is that it doesn’t have to be warmed up because you can eat it cold! Of course, if you don’t like cold oats, you can heat it up, but it’s still delicious chilled. Since it’s full of oats, skim milk, yogurt, chia seed, peanut butter, and bananas it’s high in protein and fiber and low in fat and sugar.
