7. Preregister at Your Hospital

If your insurance company requires, be sure to complete all necessary paperwork for your hospital in advance. If you sign up for a hospital tour, you will most likely receive all the paperwork you need with instructions. This is a much better option than having to complete your family history in between contractions when you check in!
