6. Donate It
Explain to your child that there are lots of less fortunate children in the world who don’t have blankets, clothes, food, or even pacifiers. Suggest that they could donate their pacifier to a less fortunate child in need. Let them wrap up the pacifier up as a gift and take them to the post office. Obviously, because of germs, you won’t really send it to another child, but your child won’t know that. Send it to a friend or family member and they can throw it away for you once they receive it. After they’ve sent it, praise your child for being so wonderful and doing such a good deed.
