5. Hydrogen Peroxide
Dig that bottle out of your medicine cabinet or head to the store and spend $.49 on a fresh one because hydrogen peroxide is a must have! Mix 1 part peroxide with 2 parts water in a spray bottle and spray directly on that disgusting mold and mildew in your bathroom. Be sure to wait an hour or more before you rinse or wipe off. Does your bathroom sink smell from all that old toothpaste, hair, and shaving cream from your husband? Pour peroxide directly down the drain and listen to it bubble and pop that smell away. Mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to make a paste and layer on those baking sheets with years worth of old cookie crusted on. Let it sit (sometimes for hours depending on the grime) then scrub off with a sponge. And finally, you can use the same paste mixture and an old toothbrush to clean and whiten your kitchen and bathroom grout. It involves some elbow grease but its worth it in the end!
As with any cleaning agent, keep out of reach from children! Even though these items are natural, they can still be dangerous when ingested (specially in large quantities) by a child.
