3. Stick to Your Routine
Tired of hearing “have a routine?” It seems like the word “kids” and “routine” go hand and hand, and it’s the truth. Kids actually feel safe in routines because they know what to expect. Get your nap scheduled in your daily routine and don’t waiver. If you have to sacrifice lunch out with your friends, it’s a worthy cause. You will have to reorganize your own routine if you want those naps back in rotation!
