6. Ask For Help
During the packing stage of moving, I figured out pretty quickly that little hands love to get into everything. I could barely pack a box before my daughter was ready to pull everything back out again. I knew that moving day was going to be near impossible if I was going to have to chase her around all day, so I enlisted the help of grandpa and grandma! They came right as the moving truck arrived and kept my little one until early afternoon. The house was still a mess, but all the big furniture was done being moved and her room was set up.
